Otto Warmbier recently died from the severe brain damages that he suffered in North Korea. The young boy went to North Korea as a tourist and he was imprisoned by the strict law of DPRK. However, after one year he was released on medical grounds even though he was sentenced to 15 years of hard labour. Later it was revealed that he was in a coma for most of the time. As he reached home, he was declared dead due to his injury. He will be buried in Ohio on Thursday. But this has not only shaken the local people of Wyoming, but also two states that are in constant loggerhead with the North Korean regime. Donald Trump, the US President has thrashed North Korea and said that the State lacks in basic human decency. On the other hand, South Korean President, Moon Jae-in has termed the North Korean State as “Irrational Regime” quoted the Reuters. However, that has not stopped DPRK to call Donald Trump as Psychopath and in fact, the mouthpiece News Paper of North Korea Rodong Sinmum has warned South to stop following him. As indicated before, US is losing patience with Kim Jong-un regime and both the states have again turned to China to make things calm down. China is the sole economic partner of the isolated communist state and both US and South Korea are now looking for some actions from them.

Moon Jae-in the Centre leftist President of South Korea has condemned the death of Otto Warmbier and has indicated talks with nations like China, Japan, and Russia to contain North. However, US may become a bit more aggressive. A Nuclear Test or ICBM test by North Korea can make things even uglier as the relation further tarnished. The US is yet to take any aggressive actions but the military drills and increased presence in the Korean Peninsula cannot be ignored.

North Korea has highly secretive policies and still, three of the US citizens are serving sentences in the country. The US authorities have already appealed for their release but the release of them should be the last thing to be expected. As the hostility is increasing the role of the Tour companies of China that take US Citizens to DPRK is under the radar. It is expected that more sanctions would be imposed on each and every unit that has the connection between the United States and DPRK.
