Chicago Gun Violence has claimed 3 lives on the Halloween weekend. There were at least 29 people shot during the weekend as a whole.
There was a mass shooting in Morgan Park late Friday. This left one man dead and three others in critical condition.
Again on Friday, someone went to a home at 116th Street and Vincennes Avenue and opened fire. A 32 year-old-man was shot dead according to the police.
A man was fired and shot at after he refused to give another man a ride.
On Halloween Saturday, a 57-year-old man was shot at his head. The incident took place at the parking lot when a man pulled up behind him and took a gun out to the fire. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Again on Saturday, a 32-year-old man was shot by two assailants. The incident took place in the South Shore neighborhood.
On Saturday, Police found two men with gunshots at a gas station.
Early on Sunday, three women were shot in Englewood. After a fight broke out, a man took out a gun and shot the women. All the victims were stable and were taken to the hospital.
The Chicago gun violence this weekend has once again raised the question of crimes in the city. Gun violence has remained a topic of debate for a long, and a little has been done so far.
