Boko Haram strike again at Nigeria, as the was again at the receiving end of deadly militant attack on innocent people. The incident took place in Maidugiri of Borno State in Nigeria. Militants of Boko Haram Strom to the villages and killed at least 65 people. The terrible attack left at least 12 burnt beyond recognition.

Reports said that terrorists came to the village in two cars and motorcycle. They started open firing at the spot. Nigeria is going through seven years of insurgency by the Boko Haram. This group wants to establish Islamic State in the city. However, this is a different group from the IS in Iraq and Syria. The same group abducted almost 200 young girls from Chibuk near to Maidugiri. They later claimed that most of the girls have been sold off. Boko Haram has lost ground in the Brono State and they are aiming come back to the area with the sudden attacks on the innocent people. Most of the attacks are observed at the market place or religious places by the notorious Boko Haram Group. In the nearby Adamawa state, Boko Haram killed at least 12 people. Maidugiri has suffered deadly attack in the last December as well, when the bombers killed at least 48 people.

This area has been under Boko Haram since last 7 years and the activities have enforced 2 million people to displace. Figures say that thousands of people have been killed during the insurgency.

The Boko Haram has got huge international attention as well but nothing has changed in Nigeria as people are still meeting unfortunate end by this militant group.
