Austin City Limits Music Festival is the first major open sky music festival since the unfortunate Las Vegas Music Festival that killed at least 58 people and injured hundreds more. The expected response to the annual music festival on two consecutive three day weekends was bleak in the Austin City. The organizers even offered the money back for those who did not feel to come up to the event after the tragedy of Las Vegas. But Texas and the entire United States is redefining the Love for music at the Austin. Defiant people have started to throng into the music festival on the side of the Colorado River and enjoying the music. But something has obviously changed and that is the awareness of the security. People are alert and attentive as well said the media reports and people who went to the music festival. The Austin City Limits Music Festival started on Friday afternoon and expected number of people every day is around now 75000 and more.

There are three things that have worked for the Austin City Limits Music Festival. The very first thing is the love for the music and the high spirits of the Americans. They have obviously defeated the evil yet again and came from all over the parts to Austin. However, the Zilker Park is different than the Las Vegas site. The high rise buildings are far apart from this place. There are fewer chances that someone can target the audience from another place. Yes, that can be an assurance but a crime can never be expected in any form. No One would have imagined that someone can rain bullets on people listening to music in an open field.

The third thing is, however, the security arrangements. Since the Las Vegas incident, the perspective of the security arrangements has changed in the US. The security officials are now redefining the standards to avoid any such incident in future. The similar checks and scrutiny were carried out in Austin. There are additional arrangements for the Austin City Limits Music Festival and everyone is making sure to defeat the ideology of violence and terrorism.
